Clear Voice Consulting was built on a simple observation: the quality of written communication directly affects outcomes in nearly every important system people navigate — and most people are navigating those systems without the tools to communicate at the level those systems expect.
Who Is Guiding You
Eric Johnson, Ed.D. has spent decades teaching people how to communicate professionally in writing — in college classrooms, community colleges, and now through AI-assisted coaching. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in English from NC State University.
His doctoral research required the kind of high-stakes, evidence-based writing that most people never formally learn. He now teaches that same discipline to individuals and organizations who need professional results without professional fees.
Dr. Johnson began integrating AI tools into writing instruction in 2022, before most educators had recognized their potential. He understands both the power and the limits of these tools — and more importantly, he knows how to teach others to use them as genuine writing partners, ensuring the finished product sounds like the client, not like a machine.

Your Privacy
Clear Voice Consulting takes the confidentiality of your situation seriously. In coaching sessions, clients interact directly with their own documents — Dr. Johnson does not handle, upload, or store your documents on your behalf. In document production sessions, any materials shared are used only within that session and deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending. Immediate deletion may also be requested.
When AI tools are used during sessions to assist with drafting, this is always disclosed before it happens and clients may decline. A Client Privacy Guide is provided to paying clients with practical steps for protecting sensitive information when working with any AI platform. Clear Voice Consulting will never sell, share, or disclose client information to any third party.

Clear Voice Consulting is a coaching and document production service. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice. Dr. Johnson is not an attorney and does not provide legal representation. Every document produced reflects the client’s own situation, facts, and voice — this service does not offer ghostwriting of fabricated content or one-size-fits-all templates.
