General Services
Coaching Sessions
You learn to use AI tools as a writing partner to draft, revise, and communicate professionally. Dr. Johnson’s editing expertise ensures your document sounds like you, not like AI. You leave with a process you own and can repeat independently.
Best for: Building long-term skills and confidence
Rate: $100 per hour
Document Production Sessions
You face an urgent deadline or complex situation. We work together in real time to produce a finished, ready-to-send document in your words. Sessions run up to 90 minutes. Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Each document includes one 30-minute revision session.
Best for: Immediate needs with a specific outcome

Clear Voice Consulting offers a dedicated Education Track for families navigating IEP, 504, and school advocacy situations. This track is led by Dr. Johnson’s 30+ years in K-12 education, including nearly a decade as the primary LEA representative for a school in Wake County. He knows how decisions get made before families ever enter the room — and he equips you to participate confidently yourself.

Important: Dr. Johnson does not attend IEP meetings or serve as a formal advocate. His role is to prepare and equip you to participate effectively yourself. For formal due process hearings or litigation, you may need a special education attorney — Dr. Johnson can help you recognize when that line is approaching.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session ends at the originally scheduled time and the full fee applies.
- Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session result in forfeiture of that session’s payment.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
- Technical difficulties on the client’s end should be reported to Dr. Johnson as soon as possible. Please reschedule rather than joining late. Standard rescheduling terms apply.
