Clear Voice Consulting provides professional communication coaching and document production for people navigating systems that were not built with them in mind. The core problem the practice exists to solve is the translation gap: the distance between what a person knows about their own situation and what they can make the system hear.
Who Is Guiding You
Eric Johnson, EdD brings more than 30 years of experience across K-12 education and administration, special education, adult literacy instruction, and direct psychiatric care to this work. His background spans the institutions CVC clients navigate: school administrator, classroom writing instructor, and direct care practitioner working with people under significant institutional pressure. He integrates AI tools into every session to help clients produce professional, precise communication that carries their own facts and their own voice.
His doctoral research required the kind of high-stakes, evidence-based writing that most people never formally learn. He now teaches that same discipline to individuals and organizations who need professional results without professional fees.
Dr. Johnson began integrating AI tools into writing instruction in 2022, before most educators had recognized their potential. He understands both the power and the limits of these tools, and more importantly, he knows how to teach others to use them as genuine writing partners, ensuring the finished product sounds like the client, not like a machine.

How AI Helps Clients Get Heard
CVC uses AI tools for reading and interpreting documents, and for efficient and effective document production, with Dr. Johnson’s expert guidance.
Many people have used AI as a search engine or for basic writing tasks. Used that way, it can seem unremarkable: a word calculator that produces results that are correct but sound like AI. What happens in CVC sessions is different in important ways.
The AI tool brings knowledge that once required a specialist. With his background in institutional systems and effective written communication, Dr. Johnson applies that knowledge to your situation and your documents, in your voice.
We use AI to process the material that governs your situation. That means we know what the decision-maker is looking for before we write a single word, and that knowledge is built directly into your documents. Nothing is generic, and nothing is included that does not belong there.
Your situation is the part only you know. We put that information into a form the system can understand and act on, stated in a way the system is required to take seriously. The result does not sound like AI. It sounds like someone who knows their situation and is working toward a fair outcome.
Your Privacy
Clear Voice Consulting takes the confidentiality of your situation seriously. In coaching sessions, clients interact directly with their own documents, Dr. Johnson does not handle, upload, or store your documents on your behalf. In document production sessions, any materials shared are used only within that session and deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending. Immediate deletion may also be requested.
When AI tools are used during sessions to assist with drafting, this is always disclosed before it happens and clients may decline. A Client Privacy Guide is provided to paying clients with practical steps for protecting sensitive information when working with any AI platform. Clear Voice Consulting will never sell, share, or disclose client information to any third party.

Clear Voice Consulting is a coaching and document production service. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice. Dr. Johnson is not an attorney and does not provide legal representation. Every document produced reflects the client’s own situation, facts, and voice, this service does not offer ghostwriting of fabricated content or one-size-fits-all templates.
